A member asked:

I have had a neck pain for 5months mri showed central canal stenosis what should i do my c spine xray and mri reading are shown with the files?

No worries: Neck pain is not necessarily caused by central stenosis. Stenosis typically will cause symptoms into the arms/legs if significant. Otherwise, i would suggest that your neck pain is more likely related to usual muscle and joint aches/pains. Try treatments for usual neck aches. If pain persists, then seek medical opinion.
