Biopsy first: If they are new findings compared to last mammogram or sonogram from last year, you should get biopsy done first.

No: If the radiologist is confident there is no cancer risk and/or the pathologist who looked at the needle biopsy is confident that this is not cancer, remove / aspirate them only if they really bother you.
