C-section: The lower abdominal ligament is stretched, along with the abdominal muscles. Check with your physician that you have healed adequately and do not have an incisional hernia. Abdominal muscle exercises can be found online, but may not fully get rid of the stretched ligament, which could need repair. Try for 6-12 months, and if not to your expectations, see your doctor.
