I'm in an air cast and my doctor said i can put pressure and walk on it. should i try to stay off it as much as possible or is pressure recommended?

As tolerated: If you're physician stated that the air cast is supportive enough to stabilize your foot fracture while bearing weight, then you can bear weight as tolerated. Hope that helps.
