Not true for myopia: Myopic or nearsightedness lasik usually stabilitzes days to weeks--not months and fluctuations should be very small--nothing that should stop daily activities. Lasik for hyperopia can take longer to stabilize ---weeks and sometimes months due the the nature of the treatment. If eyes are different 3 weeks out, give them 12 weeks to completely stabilize and ask if you need more treatment.

3 months: The blurriness is from dryness and the healing process. The vision will be improved just not stable, 6 months is what i would expect for prk. Lasik is usually stable bison wise after three months.
