My husband is having a headache every morning, he is 59 and taking high blood pressure, cholesterol, gout medication. why does it occur? thanks

the clue may be : Gout. Gout is caused by a build up of uric acid. Its metabolism is related to sugar in the diet. I would suggest that he gets rid of all sugar in all its different forms. It might improve all his symptoms! if it does not work because it doesn't for everyone, you have lost nothng.
