Which mood stabilizer ssri will not aggravate my fibromyalgia?

Most SSRIs will help: Most of the ssris will provide mild to moderate help with fibromyalgia. The only one to avoid might be Paxil (paroxetine) which has a short half life and higher than average side effect profile.
