Sinuses: Bacterial sinus infection often follows a cold, or severe allergies. Other symptoms can include facial or dental pain, headache, fatigue/logyness, sometimes fever. Ongoing symptoms-see a doc. Can't prescribe any treatment here-don't know your wife.
