I have had a migrane for 2 days now i have a bright yellow liquid coming from my nose. what can this be?

Not yellow dye #5?: Well, if you didn't accidentally vacuum up a tube of yellow #5 or 23 (Acid Yellow) into your nose then, how bout a sinus infection-- a cold, a flu etc.--sound possible?
