Should be.: We don't know the cause of yourself irritation. If its a heat rash, i prefer a&d ointment. If not better in few days then the cause is different , cellulitis or fungus . Need other ointments. See a dermatologist.

Hello, i have tiny red bumps over my anus area, they appeared today and i tried to treat the area with glycolic acid cream but it caused it to burn and i removed it but can still feel the irritation. i think it could be some sort of rash?
