Tightness & soreness: Usually after injury & scarring, the knee will feel tight to flexing & may be sore after use. If surgery or injury was involved, use of physical therapy may help free the knee to better movement. I would see an orthopedic surgeon or sport medicine physician to examine. Use of diagnostic ultrasound or MRI may be useful to identity scarring.
