Vitamin D: Vitamin D in doses of 50000 units a week is once a week injection. Usually not needed after 8 weeks. If not needed from the beginning go to your pharmacy and purchase bottles of either 1000 or 2000 units per tablet. There is usually 100 tablets per bottle and the cost is reasonable. Take only one tablet a day.
