What to do after giving self im shot of vitamins and site is swollen?!

???: ? Why are you self injecting vitamins ? This to me does not sound like a good idea but in any event you could try alternating hot and cold packs hopefully it will clear quickly if not please seek medical attention as abscess at the site of injection is a real possibility also the site might be an issue ? Where did you inject it.
