Pilonidal Cyst: Possibly...Need to have a physician examine you. If this is indeed the case you may need to see a surgeon to have it removed.

Sure: Most likely a skin abscess. It may resolve spontaneously or require an incision and drainage if it gets bigger and more uncomfortable. Try a warm heating pad, not more than 15-20 min each time. If it doesn't go away in couple of days have your physician take a look at it.
