I have a pimple near my rectum, but more on my butt. could it be something else? it hurt but only to touch.

Sure: Most likely a skin abscess. It may resolve spontaneously or require an incision and drainage if it gets bigger and more uncomfortable. Try a warm heating pad, not more than 15-20 min each time. If it doesn't go away in couple of days have your physician take a look at it.
