Normal: It is perfectly normal not to have a menstrual cycle while on the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud. Hopefully you knew that before you got one. That is something your doctor should have told you. It's also listed on every marketing informational pamphlet and advertisement for mirena (levonorgestrel).
