Could be hormonal: Probably normal but monitor.IUDs have the lowest failure rate of the reversible contraception options,but it is not zero.Breasts are very sensitive to any hormonal changes and even some medications.You can still have hormonal fluctuations with a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iIf pregnancy test is negative,just monitor the sensitivity, watch for signs of infection or skin irritation,and be seen if it gets worse.
