Obesity and Sugar: If you have the most common form of obesity, sugars or carbohydrates are your enemy. To lose weight you must change your diet to one consisting mostly of proteins. Juicing, now is scientifically shown to be causing weight gain in many humans. This is most likely due to the concentrated carbohydrate calories in the ingredients in the juice. I would be very cautious to add juicing.
