See your Doctor: You may have a urinary tract infection. This could also be from your chlamydia infection not being resolved.

Reevaluate: Cannot possible diagnose this over the internet. You need to be examined and retested and appropriate management introduced. Go and see a gynecologist or somebody familiar with stds and be diagnosed. Make sure you are being tested for other stds since when you have one the chances are good for more than one.
