Call your doctor : Or go to the er. You will need stronger pain medication that requires a prescription. Further, you need to be able to control your pain so that you can take your seizure medication. Because of this, waiting may worsen your problem.

See details: The major thing is to determine the cause of the recurrent pleurisy. If nsaids fail, and there is nor underlying infection, then a short course of Prednisone should help.
