Kegel Exercise: Often kegel exercises are done properly but not with enough intensity to notice a change. There is a biofeedback device available called "intone" that can help you develop the appropriate intensity of exercise. You might also want to see a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation to help you develop the necessary intensity of therapy to be useful.
