Treat the depression: Yes you are right, depression is one of the major cause of sexual disorder. However the treatment of depression is paramount and when you treat it with drugs and depressionis is controlled the sexual functions will normalise. The use of drugs in this situation is very useful an d does not always have detrimental effect. I strongly encourage you to treat your depression even if it requires drugs.

False assumptions: Depression can cause low libido and ed. Treatment of depression can normalize sexual desire and functioning, along with many other depressive symptoms. You seem to be assuming all depression treatments cause impotence for all men, but this is incorrect. Also some antidepressants [especially wellbutrin] don't cause sexual side effects. Psychotherapy is an effective non-drug treatment too.
