C. diff infection?: Do you mean c. Difficile infection? If so, common symptoms of c. Difficile include watery diarrhea in tremendous volumes, recent antibiotic exposure, abdominal pain, fever, and foul stool odor. Many patients get this while they are in the hospital after being treated with an antibiotic for a recent infection.
