TREAT WITH ANTIBIOTI: C diificilli complication is a infection due to use of antibiotics, it can cause diarrhea and can cause psedomembranous colitis which is a severe inflammation of the colon tratment is with oral hydration or IV fluids, IV antibiotics like metrinidanazoe, or vancomucine followed by rofampin for fourteen days pm colitis needs more intensive therapy in icu, with IV fluids and vanco mycine&supportive ther.
