Complicated: I can't put all of that together in a single diagnosis. The left shouder to left hand tingling (paresthesia) is a typical nerve entrapment symptom and follows a dermatome. Check your neck for a ruptured disk or arthritic spur. The abdominal sx suggest gastritis, peptic ulcer ds or non-ulcer dyspepsia, esophageal disease or pancreatitis. Nausea would be common with any. You need to see your doc!
