Ovarian cyst or Appx: With your associated symptoms, this could be a large ovarian cyst, or possibly even ruptured appendicitis, now with an abscess. You definitely need to be seen by a doctor, and have this evaluated with a history and physical examination, as well as imaging of your belly. Good lock and get well soon!
