It can be anything: It can be one of many conditions which can cause pain in left lower abdomen and it definitely needs to be investigated
you need to see your doctors and have it checked.You need a thorough history ang physical examination, and may be colonoscopy/cat scan to find the cause of your pain and get treated appropriately.
