Dry Socket treatment: Dry sockets arise from extraction sites. A dry socket can occur when a tooth is extracted and the healing clot gets dislodged or lost. The tissue and the bone can get very inflamed causing extreme discomfort. Usually discomfort starts three to four days after the extraction. But don't worry because this can usually be treated easily by your dentist!
