Some is common: If this is a very recent extraction there can e some throbbing. Follow the post operative instructions your dentist gave you. If you have a lot of pain you should call the dentist and ask for advice about this.

It might!: Painful throbbing is common the first 24-48 hours after the extraction without medication. Take the meds that were prescribed for you and follow the post op instructions carefully. If your extraction was done three or more days ago and still throbs, you need to contact your dentist and let them know. Infection can cause prolonged pain and needs to be seen.

Yes: Yes, for a couple of days. If throbbing STARTS after a couple of days, probably a dry socket. In that case, see the oral surgeon for assessment. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
