Brush & floss daily: Rinse your mouth with essential oil of peppermint and cloves. It does not contain alcohol so it does not dry the oral tissues and irritate the gums.

Good oral hygiene: First step is to make sure you are brushing and flossing on a regular basis. Next, if you have not seen a dentist for a while, make an appoiintment for him check for any gum problems. Gums problems, gum disease cancause bad breath. This is the first step. There can be other causes of bad breath, but i would start here first.

Oral hygiene: Bad breath has many causes. Most of the time it is the result of bacteria causing gingivitis or worse periodontitis. This can be avoided by regular brushing, flosing and visits to your dentist. I did not include mouth wash because it will only masks the problem allowing it to become much worse before you have to deal with it.
