Blood sugar was 70 almost 2 hours after eating. is this something to worry about?

Sounds normal: It is not clear why you were testing it, but that is a nice normal glucose. Many normal people do not really elevate their glucose much after eating. It means you have good insulin-producing b-cells in your pancreas that respond to the meal quickly.
