We need more info: Can't begin to make a diagnosis without more information. There are several things that can happen when you get kicked in the shin - and it depends on how and what kicked you as well as how hard. Injuries can vary from a little scratch/bruise to a fractured leg to a severe compression syndrome (which can in some cases lead to amputation if left untreated).
