I hit my shin hard resulted in a small gash and huge bruise. Day 7 hurts only if touched(pain 10+ for 3 mins), still small lump, skin numb, walk fine.
I noticed pain on my shin whe I lightly bumped it about 4 weeks ago I didnt think anything of it. A few days later it still hurt if I bumped it or touched it and thought I felt a very small hard lump, now it is still painful and the lump bigger?
