I got a chemical in my eye at work earlier and my vision is getting cloudier. what could be wrong?

Depends: There are many chemicals and many possible effects. Some are irritants and others will erode the front of the eye, and some are toxic and can even do damage inside. I hoped that you flushed your eye out right away and if the eye hurts or the vision is changing, then you need treatment rapidly as some chemicals can do permanent damage. This is not one to wait it out.
