No: A CBC or complete blood count checks white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelet counts. There is a serologic test for h pylori which can be used to screen for infection, but can not be used after treatment as it can remain positive. A stool test, breath test, or biopsy can be used to check for eradication after treatment.
