This is serious: If you are literally planning suicide, stop now and get to an emergency room or phone a suicide help line. These people can keep you safe and often help with difficult situations. If you are being abused on your job, in the usa you have legal rights and you would do well to contact an attorney. I need to tell you that among folks who attempted suicide, 99% are glad 1 year later they failed.
