A member asked:

Ciprofloxacin and occasional xanex. are these okay drug interactions? thanks

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Should be ok: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) can raise the level of xanax in your body due to the way they are metabolized. When you do take a xanax you may not need the full dose. Other than that, there are no other issues between the two medications.
