Bentyl may negate the antihypertensive effect of lopressor on blood pressure but there is no absolute contraindication with combined use. You just have to monitor blood pressure to make sure it is still under control when taking Bentyl. There is no major interaction between Bentyl and Lexapro/Xanax.

One is an antispasmodic and the other an anti hypertensive so i do not think you would have an interaction. Good Luck
