Depends: If she just has a cold or virus, she will need to wear a mask but most places will allow her to be with you.

If she is sick: With anything that someone else could catch whether it be the baby or doctor or nurses, if i was the delivering doctor i would not allow her in, it is not fair for other people to catch what she has and potentially get sick especially a newborn baby, which could cause a serious illness in the baby it would be in everyone's best interest for her to get better first and then she can do everything.
