Maybe cyst....: There are a set of lymph nodes in and around your ears, that can occasionally flair- if it is firm and movable - changes are it probably is. Other things it could be- the start of a pimple, a sebaceous cyst( as there are glands everywhere on you face and neck) if it is painful to touch in may be a pimple- to rule out anything significant- you can visit the dermatologist
