What does mean it mean when you have a knot behind your left ear and its hard and dont move does it mean you have cancer please help?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you are feeling may be the normal mastoid process. You may watch and wait, if the "Knot" doubles in size, ulcerates, other knots appear, you lose weight, get fever it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
