What is lactate hormone? how it will affect those who are ttc?

Prolactin?: If by "lactate" hormone you mean prolactin, it's a pituitary hormone that prepares the breast to secrete milk. It is generally high only during pregnancy, but can be elevated by some medications and pituitary problems. If your prolactin level is high, it can interfere with fertility for several reasons. Check w/your OB for more info.
