Takes time...: Once Implanon is removed, the hormones are out of your system within a week. However, once you are having periods monthly again, it still can take time to get pregnant. The chance of getting pregnant in any given month is only 20-25% (not 100%!). I you aren't having regular periods, you might want to see your doc and find out why. Best wishes!

Difficult to say: On an individual basis it is difficult to say when the implant hormone will not affect your cycle anymore. You know that it is gone, once you have regular cycles again, i.e, the intervals between the first day of a menstrual cycle and the start of the next cycle are pretty much the same. If they are 28 days, you ovulate 28 - 14 = 14 (day of cycle). Try at least for 6 cycles.
