There aren't any: Medications that have no side effects usually have no effects either. A better question would be which headache medicines have the fewest and least serious side effects. And that depends on what is causing the headache. Tylenol (acetaminophen) rarely rots livers and kidneys, but it can if overused. I'd take 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) and call my doctor in the morning...Advil, aleve, can bother your stomach but are safe in moderat.
