Please make sure to have a team of physicians working together to optimize a plan of treatment which may include surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. That will provide the best possible plan for fighting this tumor.

Treatment: He should be treated at a sarcoma center and receive a full metastatic evaluation and combination of multiagent chemotherapy and a surgery to remove the osteosarcoma.
