Maybe impaired: Based on this, it looks like you have impaired fasting glucose and impaired glucose tolerance. Not diabetes....Yet. People who are impaired have a high chance of becoming diabetic. It is important to optimize your weight, exercise, diet before this gets any worse. See your doctor.
