Can there be a way of naturally getting better eye vision?

Not really: Visual clarity is from eyeglass needs, photoreceptor spacing and whether or not the eye is structurally normal or diseased. These all require intervention, either eyeglasses, contacts or various surgeries. Disease needs treatment. Natural products and non-medical treatment will not affect any of these.
