Diet/exercise: It will take burning off 35, 000 calories that you don't take in to lost that last 10 pounds. Continue doing what you're already doing to lose the other weight. Eat less, exercise more. Good luck.

Love handles: The short answer is you need to burn off more calories with exercise than the number of calories that you eat. Walking is not enough exercise. You need to get your heart rate up to a target rate for 20-40 minutes a few times a week, and stop eating sweets and carbohydrates. Core exercises for your midsection will tone you and help get rid of the handles and flatten your belly.
