Feeling hopeless, depressed and worthless. what can i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get evaluated: If you haven't already, you need to get evaluated by a doctor. Let them know that you think you may have depression. They will do the rest. They will likely run some lab tests to rule out any medical causes of depression, such as a low thyroid. If it is depression, they can then make the appropriate recommendations for treatment.
