Okay, this morning i woke up feeling good, but after having a shower i became itchy all over. possible reasons?

Dermographism?: Demographics is one of the most common causes of itching, botching and hiving not due to an allergy. This falls under the category of "physical urticarias" or physical hives. Heat, cold, vibration and pressure can trigger the symptoms you described in your question. If your itching persists or you have any other symptoms such as cough, fever or swelling of lips, hands etc contact your PCP.
