See any primary: Care provider or community clinic and get a history and physical. Many communities have free or low cost screening programs. Given your age, a screening mammogram would be the usual next step, assuming the history and physical did not reveal anything concerning. Then see what the mammogram results are. You should perform breast self exam every month in the shower - ask your doctor for instruction.
